IACA maintains structured document control procedures to ensure transparency, continuity, and version integrity across all published materials.

All revisions to official documents are recorded in accordance with the IACA Document Control System.

Document Control Principles

The Revision Log reflects the following principles:

• Version tracking
• Issue date recording
• Supersession identification
• Public transparency
• Controlled archival retention

Each document update is recorded with its version number and publication date.
