Documentation Alignment Program (DAP)

The Documentation Alignment Program (DAP) provides voluntary review of institutional documentation structures in reference to IACA framework principles.

The review is limited to documentation structure and does not constitute regulatory certification, compliance approval, or operational endorsement.

Alignment reflects documentation structure review only.

Program Scope

The DAP review evaluates documentation format, structural consistency, and reference clarity in relation to IACA published framework materials.

It does not assess:

• Artwork authenticity
• Ownership status
• Financial valuation
• Legal compliance
• Institutional operations

Process

The Documentation Alignment Program follows a structured review pathway:

  1. Application submission

  2. Structural documentation review

  3. Determination

  4. Alignment Statement issuance

Alignment Statement

Where documentation structure aligns with IACA reference principles, an Alignment Statement may be issued.

The Alignment Statement confirms documentation structure review only.

Validity: 12 months from date of issuance.

Institutional Position

Participation in the Documentation Alignment Program is voluntary.

IACA does not function as a certification authority, regulator, or enforcement body.

All determinations are limited to documentation structure review in reference to published materials.
